Card Prohibitions
NexaCards is committed to compliance with all applicable financial, economic, and trade sanction laws. As such, certain users and jurisdictions are restricted from accessing or using our card products.
1. Prohibited Activities
Cardholders may not use NexaCards in connection with any of the following:
- Illegal gambling, betting, or gaming services
- Unlawful adult entertainment or escort services
- Sale or distribution of narcotics or drug paraphernalia
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Fraudulent schemes, scams, or Ponzi arrangements
- Weapons or arms trade in violation of international law
- Pornography involving minors or non-consensual content
- Sale of counterfeit goods or intellectual property theft
- Anonymous remittance or mixing services
- Unlicensed investment or securities sales
2. Physical Card Country Restrictions
Due to regulatory limitations, logistical constraints, or compliance risks, NexaCards does not offer Physical Cards to residents or addresses in the following countries:
